Return Process

  Log into your Semilac account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return reference number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unused products in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely padded to prevent damage during transit, and include your printed return form.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
